Toto & Pufi Association has a mission to integrate animals into society as resources for therapy, service and inspiration. They assist with the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of stray dogs, as well as carrying out advocacy activities, campaigns, education, and working to improve legislation in order to improve the living conditions of animals in Romania.
